Job Description
The Operations Assistant Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Support the COO in the day to day management of Operations in Lahore
- Responsible for ensuring service quality control among active beauticians
- Monthly Target Planning and Monitoring
- Conducting monthly meetings with technicians reviewing protocols
- Ensuring interest of the technicians are protected
- Creating monthly performance reports
- Conducting grooming classes once a week
- Liasoning with legal and HR to ensure due diligence in case of breach of contracts
- Ensuring the smooth running of Customer Care on a daily basis
- Conducting monthly meetings with the Customer Care team and maintaining the highest standards for GharPar customer care
- Support HR in the recruitment of more beauticians and improving retention as well
Requirements & Skills
The ideal candidate will have be compassionate and empathetic with a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, focus on quality and a strong alignment with our core values: leadership, ownership, agile and collaborative.
- 2-3 years’ experience in field work in the social development/enterprise sector
- Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, development studies or any equivalent area of study
Additional experience with the following will be helpful:
- Excellent communication and cross group collaboration skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a can do attitude
- Experience in trouble shooting, problem solving and handling high levels of stress
- Self-starter, project finisher and adaptable, congenial colleague
