Job Description

  • Responsible for dealing with customers regarding sales.
  • Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
  • Prepare quotations, payment receipts, and process the retail orders.
  • Follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotation, and orders for timely revisions.
  • Follow up with the accounts department for GDR, and ledger of customers.
  • Obtain customer feedback regarding our services and products.
  • Take data about the stock status from concerned offices.
  • Maintain follow up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
  • Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleaning.
  • Verify the stock position from Supply chain Department.
  • Send complete information of booking order to Design department.
  • Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
  • Understand the SOPs, workflows, and procedures.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
