Job Description

Job Purpose:

The role is primarily responsible for supporting the payroll team for processing of monthly payroll, final settlements and management of payroll records.

Principle Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Processing for outsourced employees
  2. Final Settlements
  3. Payroll Records & Query Resolution
  4. Coordination with Client Relation teams & Accounts for payroll preparation & disbursement

Requirements & Skills

Key Skills Required:

  1. Proficient in MS Office particulary excel (Intermediate to advance level)
  2. Knowledge of payroll management process with relevant experience
  3. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
