Job Description
- Recording of different documents for various projects.
- Organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures
- Archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule
- To maintain the status of the documents and follow up on the necessary details.
- To file the documents and retrieve them as per the need of clients/company.
Requirements & Skills
- Proficient in computer software programs such as, word processors, spreadsheet programs, and database systems
- Basic analytical experience (experience in the construction field preferred)
- Proficient typing skills
- Data organization and storage knowledge
