Job Description
- Contact Corporate or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services
- Follow up with the prospective customers on daily/weekly basis.
- Keep yourself updated to the upcoming range of products and have essential product knowledge.
- Influences corporate customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Build customer database by recording names, addresses, and purchases.
- Secures information by contacting customers and create demand for the products that we offer
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
