UPS Technician 3

• Facilitate Engineers in conducting site surveys
• Survey reporting with design solution
• Installation and commissioning of different equipments (telecom and power)
• Laying different cable (power, fiber, PCM etc) and its testing, patching
• Trouble shooting of UPS, Rectifier, Modems etc
• On-Site and On-Call customer support
• Resolve customer complaints in coordination with Senior team members
• Reporting of different activities to team leader
• Efficient utilization of available resources
• Quickly respond to customer queries
• Documentation of activities for record and for future references
• Maintain good working relation with team members and other department
• Develop good business relation with customers
• To work as per Quality & HSE Standards
• To complete the special tasks assigned by supervisor/TL/Manager

Matric with Science and DAE in relevant subject

Previous Working experience in UPS & Module repairing

Sound Know how of Safety parameters regarding Systems Installation and commissioning etc

Sound know how of basic test equipments
