Sr. Manager Maintenance

AAA Facility Management is looking to recruit for “Sr. Manager Maintenance / GM Maintenance” for their Head Office located at KIA, Karachi

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure completion of mechanical maintenance jobs with the highest level of quality, safety and effectiveness at minimum cost to maximize equipment availability.
• Apply preventive and predictive maintenance practices, and contribute to their improvement.
• Manage and motivate team, ensure co-ordination and co-operation between Maintenance and other departments
• Promote best maintenance procedure ensure its application and best practices.
• Ensure planning and scheduling of maintenance along with operation, looking for optimum use of resource and maintenance cost.
• Ensure the fully utilization CMMS software (computerized maintenance management system)
• Target setting of engineers, develop performance monitoring system and conduct staff dialogue.
• To deal all technical matters related to the Facility Equipment.
• Implementation of HSEQ policies down the line and to ensure safe working environment in offices and at sites.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Qualification: BE – Mechanical/Electrical
Experience: min 10 years
