Job Description

NOTE: ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED

  • Schedule GM's meeting on different venues.
  • Get details of all upcoming events in country for GM.
  • Note minutes of meetings of BODs.
  • Prepare and maintain GM`s expenses.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Perform general duties like filing, mailing and faxing etc.
  • Monitor overall activities: cleaning, food arrangements and house workers performance.
  • Monitor GM`s room cleanliness, office stationary etc.
  • Have to go abroad and local out stations for meeting and training (If required).
  • Management of the GM’s diary and appointments
  • Help GM manage output, work flow and office deadlines
  • Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries where possible
  • Take minutes for all meetings.
  • Draft, type and dispatch all the GM’s correspondence
  • Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system
  • Co-ordinate GM’s travel in conjunction with in-house travel group
  • Tabulate and retrieve GM’s official expenditures and claims
  • Arrange local transportation when necessary
  • Some research, media relations and promotional work
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by the GM
  • Schedule Duty time according to GM Presence.
  • Any candidate having foreign degree or diploma in same field will be given preference.
