Sales Manager - Real Estate

Successful candidates will be solely responsible for the sales and rentals of the apartments, commercial floors, commercial/ residential plots, in the project at a given minimum rate per square foot. Candidates will be required to prepare and present marketing and sales pitch to potential customers, prepare a marketing and sales plan and to answer their queries and questions regarding the project.

They will be required to attend to customers that visit the site office and phone calls from customers to give information regarding the project.
