Job Description

  1. Responsible to open the office before the official time start and switch off office equipment after office time over.
  2. Reception and dispatching of all incoming and outgoing documents, letters, messages, Newspapers etc.
  3. Scanning and photocopying of the documents.
  4. Assisting in any other duties that may be assigned by Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Admin cum Finance Assistant
  5. Cleaning of ILRI office rooms, outside lawn, and Generator area etc.
  6. Responsible for all the office equipment including Photocopier machine, Office Generator, etc
  7. Responsible for ILRI office kitchen, crockery items.
  8. Sever tea, lunch to guest and office staff members
  9. Attend to the guests/ visitors.

Requirements & Skills

  1. Good communication skills in Sindh Languages and understand English.
  2. Know how to operate office equipment
  3. Experience in working in Sindh province and willingness to travel to other districts in Sindh Province.
