Job Description
- Responsible to open the office before the official time start and switch off office equipment after office time over.
- Reception and dispatching of all incoming and outgoing documents, letters, messages, Newspapers etc.
- Scanning and photocopying of the documents.
- Assisting in any other duties that may be assigned by Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Admin cum Finance Assistant
- Cleaning of ILRI office rooms, outside lawn, and Generator area etc.
- Responsible for all the office equipment including Photocopier machine, Office Generator, etc
- Responsible for ILRI office kitchen, crockery items.
- Sever tea, lunch to guest and office staff members
- Attend to the guests/ visitors.
Requirements & Skills
- Good communication skills in Sindh Languages and understand English.
- Know how to operate office equipment
- Experience in working in Sindh province and willingness to travel to other districts in Sindh Province.
