Job Description
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Provide assistance in server maintenance, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, installation and configuration.
End-users support response time.
Response time to any incidents or Network hardware failure.
Evaluating and recommending hardware products of PC for purchase.
Assist employees in printing, scanning and DVD/CD burning etc.
Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements.
Maintain computer inventory and procurement record.
Training new staff on new systems.
