Job Description

Manages full operation of the Bakery under supervisopn of Pastry Chef.

Oversee all catering orders; maintains quality, efficiency and timeliness.

Must be an expert in Baking and fondant making.

Responsible for Bakery menu with costs implementation.

Requirements & Skills

Ability to read, write and understand English (Level-2).

Able to work shift on rotation basis, whenever required.

Possess basic computer knowledge.
