Monitoring Assistant required:
- Working shifts (Evening and Night)
- Have to monitor Mobile application
- Check user complaints regarding the app.
- Assists with data collection and data entry;
- Ensures accuracy of data collection and quality of data processing;
- Perform other duties as required;
Requirements & Skills
Specialization:
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Good knowledge about mobile application and data management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
