Job Description
- To develop and manage the data base of beneficiaries/clients
- To conduct/implement/coordinate/facilitate research surveys, data entry and record maintenance
- To prepare reports/publications and input for the web site development and image building of ASK Testing Service
- To prepare testing service proposals for the prospective clients
- To liaise/coordinate with stakeholders of concern and networking
- To look after testing process flow chart to keep up quality, time and judicious resource utilization
- To update and maintain program/organization websites, blogs, e-learning service
- To develop battery of tests with multiple versions
- To maintain the applications/relevant information of test applicants and issuing them the relevant information
- To coordinate with IT staff at ASK development for the conduct of online testing
- To develop brochures/leaflets, resource mobilization and image building material
- To schedule and report on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- To work on developing data collection tools, collect data and prepare draft reports as and when so required
- To perform additional duties as and when required by the Director Programs
Requirements & Skills
Education
MS/Phil of Behavioural Sciences (Psychology)
2-3 years of working experience in “Aptitude Testing Tool Development”.

- Position is Islamabad based.
- Age limit 25-35 years.
