We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher for online store:

Responsibilities of a dispacher are as follow:

• Replaces damaged items, shortages, and misshipments by determining optimal response of replacement or credit.
• Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements; placing and expediting orders.

• Ensure timely dispatch of products.

• Receive orders for shipment, or pick from customers or senior managers.

• Ensure that damaged freight replaced for customers when need be.

• Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries.

• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
