Manager Corporate Finance (Karachi)

The ideal candidate should be able to carry out syndication/ Consortium financing. He / She must possess hands on experience of working in the field of advisory & structured financing and other fund based banking products with a bank/financial institution

 Must have atleast 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
 Must have good rapport in the business community, knowledge of market and regulations.
 Must have strong analytical skills with expertise in credit analysis.
 Strong grip on documentation involved in syndication required.
 Should have exceptional client relationship management skills.
 Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
