Heading content side of Entertainment programming with an experience of at least 7-8 years of conceiving and implementing programs and events and an insight of developing in conjunction with Product Development department, the marketing strategies for the respective programming.

Doing thorough research on existing programming in Pakistan and abroad, leading to suggestions to improve program slots. Gathering market intelligence on programs in the making and co-opt the properties that have potential. High degree of management skills, superior intellect, excellent analysis power and deep awareness of technical aspect of production are the pre-requisites.

Producers can direct a department, coordinate a live event or conference and produce a corporate video. If a company needs in-house help for coordinating an on site-video conference, media training or handling public relations with the press, a producer knows how to juggle those responsibilities.
