Job Description
- Execute property sales to achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high quality customer service; and identifying opportunities for growing sales volume, market shares and profitability to grow future business in the Real Estate sector.
- Organizing sales visits
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Visit potential customers for new business
- Produce innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads to sell real estate projects with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

Requirements & Skills
- At least 4-7 years’ experience in Sales from Banking, Insurance or Automobile sectors
- Minimum qualification is Graduation
- Sales professionals from Real Estate, Banking, Insurance and Auto mobile industry are preferable
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Must be flexible in timings and traveling to achieve sales targets
- Excellent understanding of the Real Estate local market
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Property Sales
