Keep the inventory record updated. Ensure that the required quantity of inventory is available at all times. Coordinate with all departments to solicit Departmentwise inventory requirements. Manage storage of inventory such that there is no damage or pilferage of the stock. Avoid unnecessary piling up of inventory.

Excellent I.T. skills. Familiarity with the pertinent I.T. module being used. Know-how of the logistic facilities. Documentation, planning, coordination and communication.
