Ensure 100% achievement of SoHo/ Residential sales target and revenue

More than 95% bill delivery and collection from assigned customer base

Ensure 100% CSAFs and cash submission at the time of sale’s closure

Complaint handling through respective teams of customer services

Regular visits of potential customers for upselling

Recovery of CPE from inactive customers/clients

Looking after end to end sales operations (Sales entry , Bill deliver and collection)

• 2-3 Years Direct Sales Experience ( Broad Band /Telecommunication Industry preferred)

• Excellent Communication skills

• Excellent Interpersonal skills.

• Good Selling & Negotiation Skills.

• Product Penetration Skills.
