Job Description
- Development of goals and objectives that tend to growth
- Design and implement business enhancement plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Monitoring of business targets on daily basis and identification of problematic areas in order to design the quick action plan
- Understanding on Dealer development program
- Manage multiple teams of technicians/engineers in field
- Manage region level teams
- Monitor on field team performance & keep a strict check
- Achievement of all related targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide reports to data entry team and make sure all cars data entered is accurate
- Hire resources to add more teams in the cities as per the requirement
- Identification of new business markets and fleet customers to support regional business
- Implementation of operations in the region
Requirements & Skills
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) ; preferred in Automobile & Diesel Technology or any equivalent degree.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Must have automotive workshop experience
- Must have technical knowledge about automotive
- Work with a consistent sense of urgency
- Can handle technicians as per their level
- Able to prioritize and successfully handle several tasks at once
- Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimal instruction
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Accurate with attention to detail
- Automotive workshop experience and Automotive knowledge will be preferred
