Recruitment.

Arrange interviews.

Basic Training to newly Hired Resources

Keep update record of leaves

Implementation company policies

Play role as team worker, and also job assigned by your seniors.

Working in Payroll.

Should be able to post job ads on multiple sites online and in newspapers

Check CVs and contact people via call/ email etc.

Arrange and conduct interview.

Arrange Final interviews with the Manager for shortlisted candidates.

Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goal.

Perform other duties assigned as well.

Maintain Discipline in office

Create and update job descriptions, on-the-job training (OJT) checklists and other forms

NOTE: Job Description can ammend at any point of time according to the needs of the company with or without notice.

Requirements & Skills

MS Office (Word Excel and Powerpoint are must), Must be fluent in English, Working ability under pressure.
