Junior Quality Controller 5

1. Responsible for ensuring quality of the product from receiving Client requirements up to dispatch of

the product to be delivered to the Client.

1. Responsible to inspect, test, and sample materials for defects and deviations from specifications.
2. Responsible to record all in process quality checking activities in production according to Job Plan.
3. Responsible to discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
4. Responsible to observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications. To ensure that all requirements of the quality plan are met by the product during manufacturing.
5. Responsible to carry out the monitoring of all the activities along with Production Manager and QA Manager

for smooth production.

1. Responsible to discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications only with the approval of QA/QC Manager.
2. Responsible to record all final inspections at the time of dispatch and take necessary measures regarding quality.
3. Responsible to take corrective actions in case of any problem. I will ask operator to fix the problem & inform QA/QC Manager.
