Job Description
- Act as link between customer and company’s technical staff.
- Attend complaints from customers on call & email.
- Generate ticket against customer’s complaint in the system.
- Verify product’s serial number along with proof of sale before collection of any warranty item.
- Align engineer initially on call and then on customers’ premises to attend complaint.
- Collect all necessary data & documents for warranty claim.
- Keep customer up to date about the complaint progress.
- Coordinate with the Principal in case of delay from warranty center in resolution of compliant.
- Management of support documents filing.
