Job Description

  • Act as link between customer and company’s technical staff.
  • Attend complaints from customers on call & email.
  • Generate ticket against customer’s complaint in the system.
  • Verify product’s serial number along with proof of sale before collection of any warranty item.
  • Align engineer initially on call and then on customers’ premises to attend complaint.
  • Collect all necessary data & documents for warranty claim.
  • Keep customer up to date about the complaint progress.
  • Coordinate with the Principal in case of delay from warranty center in resolution of compliant.
  • Management of support documents filing.
