Job Description
- Attend customer queries and complaints.
- Provide product / process knowledge to the customers
- Guide the customers about the vehicle booking procedures and product features
- Process booking orders, receive payment instruments from customers, issue receipts etc
- Coordinate with head office / regional offices for settling customer queries and booking orders.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum Intermediate (preferably O Level or Graduate)
- Maximum age 35 Years (preferably 25 ~ 30 age bracket)
- Well groomed and presentable personality
- Excellent communication & Customer dealing skills in English and Urdu.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
