Job Description
Consultant will be receiving calls from Clients
Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client, to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
Provide quality customer service on every call.
Communicate clearly and effectively with Client's
Routing the calls to concerned departments if needed.
Organize and prioritizes duties
Consultant will be responsible to solve customer queries on Live Chat Support
Consultant will handle customer queries via emails
Minimum two year experience is required in sales
Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
Females are highly encouraged to apply
Attractive commission structure apart from five figure basic salary.
Night shifts but lot of money and experience.
Requirements & Skills
Must be familiar with the GDS E.g. Sabre, Galelio, amedeus etc.
Must also have an experience of hajj and umrah packages sales.
