Job Description
- Assist in vendor relationship management
- Support teams and office staff with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Follow office workflow procedures
- Maintain files and records
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
Requirements & Skills
- Experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Basic knowledge of handling daily Accounts
- Able to solve basic Accounting issues
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office(Word,Excel) and accounting software
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. Fax, printer, scanner)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Experience in Customer Service will be a plus
