Job Description

  • Assist in vendor relationship management
  • Support teams and office staff with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Follow office workflow procedures
  • Maintain files and records
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
  • Deal with customer complaints or issues
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Basic knowledge of handling daily Accounts
  • Able to solve basic Accounting issues
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office(Word,Excel) and accounting software
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. Fax, printer, scanner)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Experience in Customer Service will be a plus
