Job Description
- Undertake targets set by management
- Create means to achieve the target
- Initiate deals through regular searching of potential clients, conduct cold calling, collect references from newspapers/magazines/directories/list of associations, revive old customers
- Visit his given territory daily to meet new clients and followup on old ones
- Introduce Limton & its line of products to potential clients
- Discuss & evaluate client’s needs for Limton’s line of products
- Submit relevant brochures and quotations for suitable solutions
- Follow up on the quotations submitted
- Perform detailed demonstration of suggested solution to client if required
- Pursue valid purchase order from client
- Inform accounts & stores for required goods for client
- Forward installation scope of work to technical departments as per understanding reached with client
- Ensure proper order delivery to the client through agreed mode
- Followup technical department for intime installation
- Followup client for payment recovery within agreed timelines
- Maintain files for each client
- Work in accordance to Company policies on all issues
- Provide sales forecast for his territory depending upon on potential orders
- Keep a check on competitor activities and regularly report
- Work to improve the products and Company’s image in the industry
- Participate in exhibitions and other feasible promotional events as and when decided by company
- Build a sound PR; maintain good customer relations
- Submit daily activity report to CO about progress of the day
- Submit monthly sales report to CO
- Submit regular list of active clients to CO
Requirements & Skills
Able to quickly grasp IT concepts
Own Bike is must & Computer Literacy is must.
