Analyst-Business Process Re-Engineering

Job Description

The Business Analyst role requires sound business process re-engineering knowledge combined with well-developed skills and knowledge of the technical components, tools and processes.

Business process analysis and recommend changes with the objective to have efficient and effective processes across the institution.

Provide analytical and business support to projects and initiatives

Understand and interpret data collected and present the conclusions in charts, graphs or spreadsheets;

Individuals with vibrant communication and analytical skills are preferred for this role.

Business Process Analysts must have knowledge of process mapping and business process re-engineering.

Skills

Strong Analytical skills and ability to understand the business needs and the workflows of business processes;

Good analytical skills and the ability to understand the sequence of workflows;

Strong presentation and collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation;

Experience in developing and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders;

Proficiency in MS Excel

Location: Karachi

Experience: Preferably 2 years of experience in Business Analysis / BPR; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Required. Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related Business Degree will be preferred.

Salary 35-50k
