Finance And Admin Assistant

• Record financial expenditure in accounting software;
• Maintain vouchers, files, documents, data, and ensure confidentiality;
• Advice in handling of administration, banking and tax related issues;
• Liaison and coordinate with clients for timely submission of invoices and receipt of payments;
• Undertake and performance administrative work delegated by the Supervisor.

• At least Bachelor level degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Ability to use QuickBooks accounting software;
• 1 year practical experience in bookkeeping is desirable.

The applicant must be a resident of Islamabad.
