HVAC Plant Operations / Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

Oversees all operations, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of HVAC Plant at a Process Industry.

Duties and Responsibilities will be:

Organizes, directs, and supervises HVAC staff of 15-20 persons; follow up to insure all assignments have been completed.

Knowledge and Practices of operations and maintenance of all HVAC Mechanical and Electrical equipment. Including Chillers(water cooled screw), AHUs, Water Pumps, Fan Coil Units, Split units, Cooling Tower, Plumbing Systems, including valves, strainer etc.

Ability to create maintenance schedules, log books, check sheets and regimes and follow up the same

Can perform onsite and immediate diagnosis of problems arising in HVAC Plant

Special Requirements:

This position is a 24-hour emergency call.

Work Environment and Physical Demand:

The position requires the candidate to perform in dusty and hot environments

B.Tech/Diploma having trainings in field of HVAC with minimum 8 years experince
