IOS Developer

JICS Tech is looking for an awesome iOS developer to join our team, working alongside some of on-site and off-site teams.

The iOS developer will be responsible for leading development on our existing well written iOS app, developing new features, refining our existing UI and UX, optimizing performance, extending our existing core libraries and bringing the app to new levels

Qualifications

• 2 years experience of native iOS development

• Knowledge of Cocoa, Objective-C and Xcode

• Work with 3rd party libraries, APIs and frameworks

• Good understanding of UIKit and the iOS platform

• Git & GitHub

• Team player, self motivated

• Be able to work under pressure

• Eye for detail

• Comfortable working in English, both spoken and writing

• Cocoapods

• CoreData

• Analytics tracking with Google Analytics, etc.

• Programmatically creating views (not heavily reliance on interface editor/storyboard)

• Unit Testing and End-2-End Testing

• Web development skills

• Experienced with prototyping and graphic tools (FluidUI, Balsamiq, Pixate)

Additional Information

• Further develop and maintain our existing iOS app

• Motivation for well written, well documented, maintainable code

• Understanding of mobile UX, particularly in relation to iOS
