Job Description
Prepares complete and detailed drawings for comprehensive renovation and new construction projects involving structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems using advanced computer-aided drafting techniques.
Prepares architectural programming documents, specifications, and detailed cost estimates for comprehensive construction projects.
May provide graphics services for architectural models, campus map updates, forms, signs, and other miscellaneous projects.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
D.A.E with at least 3 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
