Study manufacturing systems & procedures and amend them as and when needed to bring or improve efficiency.

-Responsible to estimate resource requirement on the bases of production forecast.

-To analyze date and prepare reports to update management about the actual trend of the performance or productivity of various manufacturing sections.

-Review the daily performance of production and maintenance departments and highlight the causes of failures so that the concerned departments can solve the actual problem by taking immediate corrective actions

-Strong time management skills.

-Mechanical aptitude.
