3D Designer Kitchen And Wardrobe

On site field measurement and verification
Generate and sketch schematic ideas
Create floor, furniture plans and detailed elevations (CAD and hand drafting)
Develop quick furniture or interior 3D models and renderings as needed
Prepare presentations for clients
Create excel spreadsheets with project timeline
Set up and coordinate deliveries and installations.
Inspection of items delivered to the office and client’s homes
Prepare project status reports as needed
Meet with clients as needed
Responsible for creating accurate bid proposals in a timely manner

Computer Skills: AutoCAD, CAM, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Prompt response to e-mails
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work in various projects simultaneously
Work under pressure, produce deliverable and meet deadlines
Graduate from a Design School with an accredited program
Pay close attention to detail
