Customer Sales Representative 3

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Visit clients to demonstrate use of products, and take orders
• Arrange a schedule of visits to major potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments for Sr. KAM
• Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets
• Manage large amounts
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Relationships:

• Supervised by the Senior Key Account Manager, Works closely and maintains communications with all department.

Working Hours:

Full time position: (8.5) hours with 5/6 working days a week. Due to fluctuations may be required to work extra hours.
