Executive Operations CS For AIR Exports

Major

• Coordination with carrier, customers, and international staff for all Air Exports Operations, Documentation and Customers Services to meet regulations and internal procedures
• Manage all functions related to Air Exports.
• Expedites the daily activities of all operational functions ensuring client satisfaction is successfully achieved and company policies adhered to
• Ensures team meets customer requirements and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from requirements
• Monitors quality and adherence to standards and is responsible for constant improvement and optimization
• Ensures compliances with carrier, customs , transporter is maintained for smooth operations and to achieve company goals.
• Develops a high performance service culture
• Manages interface with Customer Service and other functions
• Qualification Graduate Preferable Experience ; 3-5 Years
• Required Skills:

Demonstrated experience in an expedited freight forwarding capacity

Knowledgeable on international freight and shipping specially air export requirements

Thorough background working with air lines, sub agents, customers, int'l agents

Full understanding of International consolidation, MAWB, HAWB , Manifest, IATA Rules & Regulations , TACT consultation etc

Proven track record in people management role (leadership, motivation and people skills)

Process driven & oriented toward achieving positive/successful outcomes

Easily capable of making well informed decisions

High degree of commitment to excellence

• Freight Forwarding and Shipping Documentations and Ops: 3 years
• MAWB, HAWB, MANIFEST, IATA TACT, SALE REPORT, INVOICING etc: 1 year
• Customer Service: 1 year
