Job Description
- Looks after administrative activities of the Institute as assigned by the Senior Manager/assistant Director
- Arranges meetings of Institute , prepares and distributes minutes of meetings and keeps records.·
- · Arranges training programs conducted by Institute and keeping record of the participants' performance. Prepares Certificates for training participants & distribution
- Keeps records of the training programs.·
- Assists in Incident Reports Investigation·
- Co-ordinates· & perform External Quality Audit of Hospitals under RIHIS domain .
- Works data analysis of Quality activities in different hospitals .·
- Assists Principal/Director and Senior Manager/Assistant Director in day-to- day assignments.·
- Assists in the review of policy and procedures of different hospitals.·
- Involves in review of quality assurance standards and existing hospital policy and procedures.·
- · Assists Senior Mnager/ Assistant Director in supervising implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality assurance standards in hospitals to ensure the delivery of quality care to patients.
- · Assists Assistant Director/Senior Manager in reviewing and evaluating patients' medical records whenever requested for applying quality assurance criteria.
- Collects data from hospitals and writes· narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings and generates reports for Director/Principal.
- Assists in quality improvement activities undertaken by RIHIS.·
- Assists in quality monitoring for JCI·
- Develops a review-timeline for pertinent Quality of care issues.·
- Conducts rounds· & follow up rounds of hospitals under supervision of Senior Manager/Assistant Director
- Analysis· & reports making of patient FB forms & complaints.
- · Assists Assistant Director/Senior Manager in complaints verification, meetings with pts/ staff members, record keeping & report making for Principal/Director.
