Job Description

  1. Review and improves hospital policies, procedures & process for streamlining workflows and continuous monitoring to improve Healthcare Quality and Safety.
  2. Establishes, Implements & maintains the Quality Manual (QM) & Quality System Procedures (QSP) as per the requirement of ISO 9001:2015.
  3. Compiles Joint Commission Accreditation (JCI) Policy and Procedures as per JCI requirements under supervision of Director/Principal Coordinates, Compiles & Implements departmental Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions/ Protocols/ Manuals/ Plans/ Policies according to the standard of ISO 9001:2015and as per system requirements.
  4. Coordinates and provides guidelines in development of quality objectives and performance indicators as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  5. Maintains Quality Management System documentation and records.
  6. Participates in planning, development, coordination and presentation of specific trainings and educational programs as assigned by Principal/Director.
  7. Provides guidelines through Director/Principal to all Hospitals under IRHIS domain regarding quality implementation.
  8. Designs, schedules and conducts quality review audits as appropriate to the health care facilities and service.
  9. Schedules and prepares MRM / Internal & External quality audits as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  10. Conducts root cause analysis of incidents/non-compliances & observations of internal/external audit under supervision of Assistant Director/Senior Manager.
  11. Follows Quality assignments to maintain a check on quality management systems..
  12. Frequent monitoring and reporting of non-compliances/observations to Director/Principal.
  13. Works on data analysis of Quality activities in different Hospitals under IRHIS domain
  14. Develops a review-time line for pertinent quality of care issues.
  15. Ensure that all records are kept in accordance with the Institute policy for records retention, maintaining confidentiality of personal and organizational information at all times, in line with Riphah University information governance requirements.

Good command on computer/MS Office.
