Marketing Assistant

• Ensuring extensive & frequent coverage in leading newspapers/magazines each week.

• Ensure publication of print advertisements in relevant publications / Magazines etc.

• Networking with press & periodically updating press contacts and all relevant records.

• Ensuring greeting cards/calendars/planners are sent to the press. • Analyze and evaluate results of Client Satisfaction Survey.

• Yearly Clientele Analysis / Yearly Growth Comparison.

• Assist LM in Secondary Research on different sectors / Standards.

• Assist LM in business presentations.

• Design, organize, and manage the distribution of research materials & Surveys.

• Analyze and evaluate results of feedbacks and surveys.

• Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to create and launch services.

• Determine what research techniques will be used and length of research process.

• Collect information from various locations on the Internet such as forums and review websites.

• Research, Write and present reports on different sectors and our opportunities.

• Content development, writing letters to clients.

• Exceptional Communication Skills (both written & verbal) particularly with high fluency in English
