The Ruby on Rails developer must posses the following qualities/skills:

• At least 2+ years experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Have in-depth knowledge of Rails framework.
• Knows best practices of Ruby and Rails.
• Familiar with web services, and REST API's.
• Used well known ruby gems like devise, cancan, sorcery etc.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web standards.
• Outstanding Linux/Unix, Apache and MySQL skills.
• Comfortable working with a team of developers on a daily basis

• Maintain and add features to existing web applications
• Stay up-to-date with Ruby community and web technologies in general
