Job Description

• Updating of Faculty and Non Faculty Staff in HRMIS
• Handling and issuing various types of letter to overall regional Faculty & Non faculty staff
• Digitizing and compiling monthly staff figures
• Mail dispatching after approval including photocopies daily
• Review pending issues thrice a week
• Maintaining different allowances and updating them in HRMIS for individual employee
• Verifying and provides assistance to Faculty & Non faculty staff of the region
• Participation during annual induction and regional award ceremony
• Resolving queries on daily basis and assist regional team in fulfilling their targets
• Coordination with area team on various demands
• Supervise department in absence of manager

Requirements & Skills

Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
Good interpersonal skills
Must be a team player
Flexible
Time Management
Good command over English and Urdu
