Job Description
System Support Engineer
Express Media Group is seeking bright, adaptable and hardworking fresh IT grads for the position of System Support Engineer in Karachi. This role includes but not limited to following:
- Install, configure, and administer Desktop/Laptop hardware, software and other technology equipment
- Troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) timely and accurately
Requirements & Skills
- Fresh grads of BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2008/2012, Antivirus services will be preferred
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
