Job Description
- Participation in six days training
- Pre Test the tool in group work exercise for more understanding of tool
- Consent forms will be fill before collect the data of victims.
- Home to home visit by surveyors to Collect data from direct victims/ their immediate families
- He/She will be responsible to check Forms on daily basis before submission to the supervisor
- Close coordination with supervisor
- He/She will be responsible to Support in verification of data
Requirements & Skills
- He/She will be responsible to report to HANDS.
- Time Management of each surveyor will be analyzed during 3 Months.
- Punctuality will be strictly observe.
- He/She will be bound to follow the code of conducts during the data collection process
