Project Manager (PM)

• Implement Project and Assist in the overall management of the Project .
• Have survey conduction and analysis experience
• Conduct monitoring/supervisory visits to project/program intervention areas and provide guidance to field/district office in accomplishing assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Implement projects under the leadership of GM coordinator/LEP .
• Prepare all documents, reports required by donor.
• Visit facilitation during donor visit.
• Develop statistical and analytical reports of activities, gathers and compiles data for reports from field/ district staff.
• Assist and supervise field staff/ district staff in accomplishing assigned tasks and direction regarding targets achievements.
• Submit monthly, and completion reports of respective assignments to General Manager LEP if same required to donors.
• Ensure to complete assigned tasks effectively and efficiently with in timely manner.
