Deputy Manager Audit

1. Carry out branch audits on periodic basis. Scope of audit includes:

• Cash Reconciliationregarding petty cash account and SVC revenue
• Reconciliation of physical stock with Oracle software.
• Review of Dealer’s Credit Balances with Outstanding Balances
• Visit to dealers all over company dealers in provinces of Punjab and KPK AND reconcile

companyoutstanding balances with dealers’records. Verification of invoices, payments and discounts/incentives/other adjustments in Ledgers.

• Verification of post datedcheques (PDCs) with Dealers’ Outstanding
• Verification of Security Cheques with Credit Limits
• Service Center Audits including compliance of procedure, SVC revenue as per company

Policy and parts reconciliation

• Verification of physical fixed assets with company records

1. Assuring compliance with companypolicies, rules and guidelines defined by the managementwith respect to sales, service centers and branches operations
2. Identify weaknesses in internal control system and recommend for improvement.
3. Submit report to Manager Internal Audit about audit findings with evidences obtained during the audit
4. Visit to corporate clients of the company and reconcile company outstanding with their record
5. Any other special assignment given by the management

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with proven external auditing experience.
Experience of leading and managing an audit/accounts team to deliver high quality assurance services.
Demonstrate personal qualities and credibility to lead, develop and motivate individuals and the team as a whole.
A thorough understanding of systems and risk based auditing
