We are looking for a Receptionist for our Oil industry client based in Islamabad.

Requirements & Skills

  • Receiving, direct and relay telephone, fax and emails and responding accordingly.
  • Handling official correspondence.
  • Monitor Front Office Area to ensure invitees receive warm attention and personal recognition.
  • Assist with various program’s operations as requested as responsibilities permits.
  • Manage the working of the support staff to prioritize the work and check on all activities.
  • Schedule In-office and external meetings, appointments and conference calls.
  • Assist event management team in planning and implementation of various events.

Assist with completion of necessary statistical reports as requested.
