Requirements & Skills
- Receiving, direct and relay telephone, fax and emails and responding accordingly.
- Handling official correspondence.
- Monitor Front Office Area to ensure invitees receive warm attention and personal recognition.
- Assist with various program’s operations as requested as responsibilities permits.
- Manage the working of the support staff to prioritize the work and check on all activities.
- Schedule In-office and external meetings, appointments and conference calls.
- Assist event management team in planning and implementation of various events.
Assist with completion of necessary statistical reports as requested.
