Job Description
- Grow digital presence and engagement with our target audience. Develop and refine effective cadence and calendar for content and social media
- Create promotional plans around our existing content, and develop new creative assets
- Partner with marketing team members, lead generation team, and internal stakeholders to develop communication/campaigns; drive demand across key sectors and geographies
- Report on social activities and propose solutions to improve KPIs
- Management and key contact for digital agencies and ensure they deliver on agreed terms
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of all social channels and increase their reach over time
- Media buying for social and digital, keeping in Mind ROI, and KPIs
- Website management
- Social media managers need to know what is happening in the fast changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being use.
- There are many different platforms, and new ones are being developed all the time. How you communicate on each, determining audience, and measuring tactics all take organization.
- Social media managers work almost exclusively through computers. Understanding computers, SEO, internet access and being tech savvy is necessary.
Requirements & Skills
- 1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media and content outreach
- Advanced knowledge of Twitter,Facebook, instagram for business, and other pertinent platforms
- Ability to juggle daily tasks while staying tuned in to real-time social monitoring
- Keen interest in social media and communications
