Customer Support Officer

We are looking for an energatic, enthusiastic and passionate customer support officer for one of our educational project starting up soon with the name of PakistanTutor. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in inbound as well as outbound call handlings. Job includes calling registered members for theri verification, receiving calls from clients and coordinating with registered members to arrange their meetings with clients.

Register members are usually tutors, academy and school owners. clients are usually schools or students.

PakistanTutor is a Pakistan's first ever web portal that allows students to hire tutors or teachers of their own choice from a database of 1000s tutors. This marketplace help tutors to find students and students to hire tutors with highest level of verification and guarantee. We have developed the system to make it hassle free and within a few simple clicks.
