Asst. Operation Executive (At Online Shopping Store)

• Head and lead customers who are having any queries regarding late delivery, riders, vendors on daily basis.
• Maintain daily scheduling and dispatching of orders and maintaining a list of on call and ready to dispatch products make customers sure to deliver them on time
• Managing orders delivered by vendors, checking quality and inform category managers about their products
• Meeting customer expectations and satisfaction
• Confirming orders on call by customers.
• Dealing with TCS , e2e , Leapords for shipping orders
• Keeping shipment accommodation and follow-up
• Managing purchases on daily basis
• Maintaing order details and costs of orders on daily basis
• Setting purchased items , packing , dispatching and handling to the courier services.
